She took my info and called me back in less than 10 minutes to let me know that a technician would be at my house by 3 (3 hours from the call.) Rich showed up at 2:35. He was prompt and courteous and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He was so nice! The price was that of a service call-$95. I wish I could have fixed it myself, but this was the next best thing. Now my heat works and I know who to call if I have any other plumbing or heating issue. They are great!"

"Excellent experience with McKay. Being new to the Plymouth area, I did a quick google search and Dan Maybruck came up first. I used him and found him overpriced. The next time I had a leak, I called Maybruck and had my two messages ignored by the secretary. I was chasing them with business and I had a serious leak that got ignored!

I decided to call McKay and I am thrilled that I did. The woman that answered was very polite, professional and accommodating. They arranged for a plumber to come out at my convenience. He was very professional, and quick. He also looked at another sink for me while he was there. Joe explained exactly what we had to do, there would be someone there the next day between 8-9am. Jim showed up before 8 and boy were we glad to see him.
